End-to-end job board and ATS for North American healthcare hiring

The challenge

Healthcare hiring in North America is uniquely complex: credential verification is critical, licensing requirements vary by state and province, and the competition for qualified nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals is intense. Existing job boards weren't purpose-built for healthcare, and generic ATS platforms lacked the credential tracking and compliance features healthcare employers need. VitalHires needed a technology partner to build the entire product from scratch — and to run it.

What we built

We built VitalHires end-to-end starting in 2026 — from the database schema to the public-facing job board to the employer ATS. The candidate experience includes healthcare-specific job search, application tracking, credential upload, and pipeline visibility. The employer side provides multi-stage candidate pipelines, configurable review workflows, automated outreach sequences, credential verification, and detailed reporting. An automated job ingestion pipeline pulls listings from healthcare employer career pages and ATS exports across North America. We run all infrastructure on AWS and maintain the product on an ongoing basis.
